چکیده
Three lignocellulolytic fungi isolates, Amblyosporium sp, Aspergillus sp1, and sp2, were tested for their ability to produce cellulase, hemicellulose, ligninase enzymes as a consortium. They also used in mixture with sugarcane bagasse, filter cake manure make mixed compost. In the compost house of State Agricultural Polytechnic Pangkep, composting took place 35 days. The process consortium was carried out at temperature 32°C-75°C, , water content 12.58-30.32% pH 6.80-8.20. 35-day fungal able speed up C-organic yield 10.41-26.06%, C/N ratio 9.00-22.00%, phosphorus 1.98%, magnesium 6866 ppm, sulfur 0.25%. effectively while increasing nutrient various media compositions.

Growth and Reproductive Performance of Eisenia Foetida in Cow Manure, Cow Manure + Sugarcane Bagasse, and Cow Manure + Sawdust Waste
Accumulation of sawdust and sugarcane bagasse can cause serious problems for the environment. In this study, we examined the growth and reproductive performance of Eisenia foetida in cow manure, cow manure + sugarcane bagasse (4:1, V/V) and cow manure + sawdust (4:1, V/V) waste and its effects on CO2 evolution. The results showed that the weight gain for E. foetida (live weight) per gram of dry...
متن کاملComposting Unamended Chicken Manure
Normally, manures are composted with amendments. However, a large commercial egg producer in Ohio i s composting unamended chicken manure. Studies were done to characterize this composting, both in situ and in pilot-scale vessels. While overly wet material can hamper initial operation, the general progression dries the material and produces a granular output that is below 20 percent (wet basis)...
متن کاملComparative analysis of sugarcane bagasse metagenome reveals unique and conserved biomass-degrading enzymes among lignocellulolytic microbial communities
BACKGROUND As one of the most abundant agricultural wastes, sugarcane bagasse is largely under-exploited, but it possesses a great potential for the biofuel, fermentation, and cellulosic biorefinery industries. It also provides a unique ecological niche, as the microbes in this lignocellulose-rich environment thrive in relatively high temperatures (50°C) with varying microenvironments of aerobi...
متن کاملCharacterization of Lignocellulolytic Activities from a Moderate Halophile Strain of Aspergillus caesiellus Isolated from a Sugarcane Bagasse Fermentation
A moderate halophile and thermotolerant fungal strain was isolated from a sugarcane bagasse fermentation in the presence of 2 M NaCl that was set in the laboratory. This strain was identified by polyphasic criteria as Aspergillus caesiellus. The fungus showed an optimal growth rate in media containing 1 M NaCl at 28°C and could grow in media added with up to 2 M NaCl. This strain was able to gr...
متن کاملSynthesis of Activated Carbon from Sugarcane Bagasse and Application for Mercury Adsorption
With the growth and development of chemical plants, the amount of mercury released in wastewater has increased. Mercury in wastewater contains harmful compounds which are hazardous to the human health and living organisms. Therefore, its removal from wastewater is significant. There are various techniques or methods available for removing mercury from aqueous solutions. This study focused upon ...
